I am a broadcast journalist with twenty years of experience. I've explored all facets of the industry, including radio, television, and the production of both pre-recorded and live shows, as well as outside broadcasts. While I enjoyed my time on-air, I found my true passion in the behind-the-scenes work.

At 39, I’m only just beginning to fully own my boldness. But growing up, I often felt like I didn’t quite fit in, caught somewhere between not being the cool kid and not being the overachiever.
In my debut book, The Things We Don’t Talk About, I explore what it means to simply exist and to exist on my own terms.
This book is an acknowledgment of the complexity of not always fitting in. It’s a reminder that the world is better with you in it, that you matter.
Follow my encounters with inequality, fraught relationships, and the quiet, intentional work of releasing the expectations and projections placed on my journey to womanhood.
